Privacy notice
Atlas OS is provided by Taylormade Solutions (Midlands) Ltd, trading as Taylormade Solutions, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17397073), registered office 290 Walsall Road, Great Wyrley, Walsall, England WS6 6DN. We are the controller of the personal data described here. We will register with the Information Commissioner's Office before the Atlas OS application launches. Contact: info@atlas-os.co.uk.
Early-access waitlist
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your company name. Our form provider, Formspree, may also record technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the form and protect it from spam. We use your details only to send you updates about Atlas OS early access, such as launch news and invitations to join. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing info@atlas-os.co.uk.
Who receives it
Formspree, Inc. stores form submissions for us as our processor. Formspree is a US company and its service is hosted in the United States. We are confirming the appropriate UK transfer safeguards with them.
Email delivery. We send waitlist emails (a welcome email and occasional updates) through Resend, Inc., which processes your name and email address for us only to deliver those emails. Resend is a US company. Our emails are sent from its EU servers, and any transfer of your data to the United States is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until we invite you to Atlas OS or you ask us to remove you. If you don't create an account, we delete them 12 months after the last email we sent you. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove you at any time using the link in any of our emails or by emailing info@atlas-os.co.uk.
Website
Our website is hosted on Google's Firebase service, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Customers and app users
If your business uses Atlas OS, details your business puts into the app are controlled by your business, and we process them on its behalf. Payments are handled by Stripe, and card details are not stored in Atlas OS.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, but only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you do, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_GYQ56J9Q67, which help us count visits and see which pages are used. They last up to 2 years. Google advertising features are switched off. If you choose Necessary only, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies or using the Privacy & cookie settings button at the bottom of any page. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver those files but does not set tracking cookies.
Videos. Our guide pages include videos hosted on YouTube (Google). We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube receives your IP address and device information and may set cookies or similar technology, under Google's own privacy policy. Google may process this data in the United States.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Visitor statistics
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to count visits to this website and see which pages are useful. It records the page you visit, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your country. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, does not identify you, and does not keep your IP address. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used. Cloudflare is based in the United States, and any transfer of this data is covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. You can opt out at any time using the link below or by blocking the Cloudflare analytics script in your browser.
The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated sign-ups.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email info@atlas-os.co.uk. We reply within one month, normally free of charge. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
