Atlas OS®
Terms of use
These terms cover your use of www.atlas-os.co.uk. They were last updated on 13 October 2026. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Taylormade Solutions (Midlands) Ltd, trading as Taylormade Solutions. Email: info@atlas-os.co.uk.
The site and the product
Atlas OS, the UK Business Operating System, is in development. Pages on this site describe what we are building for UK manufacturing and installation businesses. Features, screens and timing can change, and a description here is not a promise that a feature will ship.
Joining the launch list means you have asked us to email you about the launch. It does not reserve a place, create an account, or form a contract for us to supply software or support. If a paid product is offered later, its price, scope and contract will be set out separately before you agree to them.
Signing in takes you to the Atlas OS application at app.atlas-os.co.uk. That application is outside these website terms. Any account there is governed by the terms shown in the application.
Using the site
You may use the site for information about Atlas OS and to contact us. Please do not:
- try to break, probe or overload the site, or access another person's signup details
- submit someone else's email address without their permission
- use the site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material
- copy the site or our brand for your own product in a way that suggests we endorse you
You must give an email address you are allowed to use. We may remove a launch-list entry if it looks false, duplicated or abusive.
Intellectual property
The Atlas OS name and logo, and the Atlas OS software and website content, are owned by our founder and used by Taylormade Solutions under licence. Atlas OS® is a registered UK trade mark. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
Liability
The site is provided for general information. We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this marketing website. Our total liability arising out of this website, other than liability we cannot limit, is limited to £100. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains the launch-list signup and the cookie choice. Please read it before you join the list.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply to that later use.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in another part of the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts where the law requires that.
